After acquiring extensive experience in IT governance and management, with a focus on digitisation in the services sector at international level, Patrick has been active for more than 15 years in the field of IT audit and advice.
His professional certifications cover IT governance (CGEIT), IT management (COBIT), IT risk management (CRISC), and information security management (ISO 27001), as well as corporate governance as a Chartered Director (Belgian Directors Association, today GUBERNA).
Patrick is a member of the Board of Directors of the IFA (Institute of Fraud Auditors) and a member of the IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors), ISACA (IT audit), IFACI (Institut Français de l’Audit et du Contrôle Interne) and of ECGI (European Corporate Governance Institute).
He provides training in the fields of IT audit, IT governance, information security and privacy. Patrick acts as a GDPR expert for IFACI and provides regular training in this area.
