Alain Bonneaud
Alain is an international expert in the field of Information System Governance (COBIT, ISO 38500), IT service management best practices and standards (ITIL®, ISO 20000, Lean IT) and Information Security and Risk Management (ISO 27001, RESILIA™, ISO 27005). He is also PRINCE2® certified.
Alain regularly works as a Governance and Transformation Senior Manager with major international groups, to assist them in implementing IS Governance and IT Service Management (ITSM) as well as setting up and/or auditing their information security management system.
As founder of 2AB & Associates, Alain has also been accredited for several years to deliver ITIL® (Foundation, Intermediate and MALC), RESILIA™, Lean IT, ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27005 and COBIT® certifying training courses. He recently got the accreditations for the CISA, CISM and CGEIT certifications from ISACA.
Alain is also Head of Delegation of Ivory Coast to ISO. In this context, he is co-editor of the international standards ISO/IEC 27013 (Integrated Implementation of ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 in Enterprise, published in 2013) and ISO 20000.
