Frederik is Partner at horsum & clipeum and has more than 18 years of professional experience in a variety of financial and compliance roles. In 2001, Frederik started his career at PwC in external audit. Afterwards, he worked for 6 years as an interim manager in financial, business process and internal audit assignments. Frederik has been a partner at horsum since February 2016 and he founded clipeum in 2017.
Frederik holds a master's degree in Applied Economic Sciences (2000 - University of Antwerp) and he also obtained a postmaster's degree in Tax (2001 - KU Leuven). More recently he also obtained a certificate with distinction in 'Process Mining' (2015 - TUE) and a certificate with distinction in 'Data Analytics' (2016 - Wharton University). In February 2017 he successfully completed his training as Data Protection Officer (Data Protection Institute, Mechelen) and in August 2017 he also became “Lead Auditor ISO27001” (PECB).
